WTO laws and regulations

Our practical experience of dealing with WTO allows our company to offer the following services:

• Counseling on existing mechanisms and rules of the GATT / WTO;
• Advising on the possibility of use of the WTO mechanisms for resolving issues of international trade;
•  Development of a package of measures for resolving the clients’ problems in the sphere of international trade under the GATT / WTO system (the issue of duties, tariffs, non-tariff barriers);
• Preparation the claims and argumentations in connection with actions of other countries regarding products of our clients;
• Representing interests of our clients for initiation by the Ukrainian Government of a claim to the WTO Disputes Settlement Body.
